I have to admit, I’m a bit of an over achiever so I get burnt out pretty easily. Molly Flexwell’s advice, tools and tips are extremely helpful. They remind me to stop, reflect and take appropriate action but most of all, this book has helped me to remember that I’m human and I can’t keep going when I’m emotionally and physically exhausted. Chapter 5 was particularly helpful to me. I love my to-do lists, but I never thought to create a not to do list. It makes so much sense and my sense of achievement has increased since reading this. Even if you’re not a nurse, you’ll take away so much useful information, however, if you are a nurse, you’ll find case studies and actual daily examples that make you reflect. Don’t hesitate, buy it now and you wont regret it.
