What’s The Research?

Ok, let’s first explore the roots and research that supports EFT. Several studies shed light on the mechanics of ETF and how it positively influences our emotional state.

EFT, also known as “Tapping,” is rooted in the principles of acupuncture and modern psychology. It involves gently tapping specific acupressure points on the body while focusing on a particular emotional issue. This process balances the body’s energy system, reducing emotional distress.

Setup Statement: Create a setup statement to focus your intention. For example, “Even though I feel anxious about the upcoming presentation, I deeply and completely accept myself.”

The Tapping Sequence: Using your fingertips, gently tap on specific acupressure points while repeating your setup statement. These points include the top of your head, the eyebrow, the side of the eye, under the eye, under the nose, the chin, the collarbone, and under the arm.
